2-Year Material Warranty

This warranty ensures that your memorial is crafted with the highest quality materials and workmanship.

Coverage:
  • Material Defects: Our warranty covers defects in the stone material itself, such as cracks, fissures, or internal deterioration that occur under normal conditions.
  • Manufacturing Errors: Any errors in the manufacturing process, including incorrect measurements, improper cutting, or flawed polishing, are covered by this warranty.
Exclusions:
  • External Damage: Damage caused by accidents, vandalism, natural disasters, or improper care and maintenance is not covered.
  • Wear and Tear: Normal weathering, such as fading, discoloration, or erosion, is considered natural wear and tear and is not covered.
  • Natural Stone Variations: Variations in color, shade, or texture that are inherent to the stone’s natural composition are not considered defects.
  • Installation Issues: This warranty specifically covers the materials and does not extend to installation-related problems.
Warranty Claim Process:

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support within two years of the purchase date. You will need to provide the following:

  • Warranty Card: The original warranty card included with your order.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your purchase receipt or invoice.
  • Detailed Description: A clear description of the issue, including photographs of the affected area.

Our customer support team will guide you through the claims process and arrange for an inspection if necessary.

Note: This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Warranty Card:

A warranty card is included with every tombstone order. Please retain this card as it contains important information about your warranty and will be required for any claims.

 

2-Year Installation Service Warranty

This warranty covers proper installation of the tombstone in accordance with industry standards. Should any installation-related issues arise within two years of the installation date, MasonryPro will repair or reinstall the tombstone at no additional cost.

This warranty does not cover:
  • Damage to the tombstone caused by external factors such as vandalism, natural disasters, or ground settlement.
  • Damage resulting from improper care or use of the tombstone.
  • Damage caused by third parties.
  • Differences in tombstone levels due to uneven cemetery ground.

To file a warranty claim for installation services, please contact our customer support within two years of the installation date. You will need to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue, including photographic evidence.

MasonryPro reserves the right to inspect the tombstone to determine the cause of the issue.

This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

We recommend taking photographs of the tombstone before and after installation for your records.
